For me I can't really tell how it's pronounced unless I check its page one the site. Even though it's KWEE-va, it looks like Kah-oh-me.
It's nice, not my favourite, I love the spelling, though.

Well, it's ,more KEE-va than KWEE-vah.
Though it can be pronounced that way.

I am pretty sure it is more commonly pronounced KWEE-va in Ireland
I pronounce it KEE-va and so do my family but we have two lots of family friends with daughters named Caoimhe and they both prn it KWEE-va.
