Well, I'm bugged by the fact it means "eight" in Italian, plus it's a bit stereotypically German... I love Sebastian, Raphael and Leopold.

Otto is lovely. I like Otto Silas the best.

O. M. G. I love Otto, I have been crushing on it for the past year too. And I haven't met anyone named Otto yet, which helps keep the love alive! (I don't know what it is, but if I meet someone with the name I currently adore, I don't like it quite so much anymore. Wierd)

Otto Leopold is definitely grey-flannel-fabulous. Otto Rupert, though, I almost died. Almost. Died. A thousand times yes!!

Otto Leopold is fabulous, by far my favourite too. I think I also like Otto Sebastian and Otto Raphael but they aren't as good as Otto Leopold.

Otto is cute. I'm glad someone is taking an interest. It won't be everyone's cup of tea, but I like it. I'm sure the parents who brought the name Max back got a few funny looks, but now Max is considered artsy and popular.
