I don't really imagine it on a boy...
The only 'Cash' I knew was Khash, as a nickname for Kheshandra(Kassandra)
Another Cassandra goes by Cash, but I dont know her personally.

I never ever thought of using Cash for Cassandra! I really like that, much more so that Cassie. And Kheshandra is a very unique spelling.
