I like Adrienne on a girl and I don't like Adrian either.

i think its pretty. i know a girl with this name. she sometimes uses the nn Dre, which is aso kind of cool.

It's okay. I'm not fond on the look of it, but the sound is nice. I knew an Adrienne in school, but had no positive or negative opinion of her.

I love Adrienne. It was my good friend's name who passed away almost 2 years ago. So it definitely holds a special place in my heart :)
