Leni is probably one of the most cutesy, sickening, immature, trendy names to ever grace the popularity charts of Germany. No offense, but I'm incredibly sick of hearing it. It's so overused. Anyway, here are some combos I've seen. Not necessarily saying they're great:

...In the U.S., it would be a unique name; I know I've never met anyone named Leni. Funny how one country's Emma or Caitlyn is another country's Persephone or Evelina. :)
