Sahar is wrong, just incomplete.
The comments section on the name has a post by "Auriel" which seems to explain it pretty well to me.
Sahar is a name meaning "dawn" in Arabic and Persian, but the word "sahar" means "crescent moon" in Hebrew, and I am sure some modern Israeli parents have given their daughters the name
Sahar with that meaning in mind. :)
