[Opinions] Paraskeve?
(something like paw-RAH-skah-vee) WDYTO Paraskeve? What does it remind you of?

I love Paraskeve (prn. pah-rah-skeh-VEE in Greek). It doesn't remind me of anything in particular, but it is also the Greek name for Friday.
I had a friend from Greece with this name. Her American friends called her "Friday" much of the time. (She said the name was of the Greek goddess from whose name they derived their word for Friday... though I never looked that up.)
It seems fine for a Greek person, but a mouthful for an American.

Skeve
I see "skeve" right away. Not the best thing to have pop out of a name!

Yeah, but I bet a lot people won't know what a skeve is.
I didn't know until you showed me, so I wouldn't worry.

I just find it odd. I can't imagine it on a real person.
