LEI-lah....Because that's how it is done in my native language: Danish.But in English it would be LEY-lah.

actually, LEE-la.No one around here pronounces their name LAY-la or LIE-la. At least none of the Leilas I've known (and I've known quite a few).

Same hereIn the city I live in, we have a street called Leila, quite a major one, and everyone pronounces it LEE-la.

LEY-lahOr LAY-lah according to this site's pronunciation guide. That's the way all Leilas I know pronounce it.
