I believe this is a name on its own and also a nickname for Rhiannon.
It's alright, I prefer Rhiannon.

...is the correct pronunciation I'm pretty sure, like Chanel said its like the start of Rhiannon. Every Rhian I've ever met has pronounced it that way anyway.

I pronounce it REE-an. It is OK. I would not use it myself.

I would pronounce it just like Ryan. If it's an 'alternative' (i.e. creative) spelling of Ryan I'm not sure I like it but otherwise I think it's quite nice.
