I've never seen one with a -sya at the end, but I don't doubt that one exists. The one besides Val that I saw is Valeroshka, which I thought was adorable.

OhBy -sya, I meant just -ya. Or possibly -tya. Wasn't thinking when I posted that. :)Valeroshka is quite adorable!

There is ...There's Vasya, Vaska. Not sure if there's any others, but you could make up Vasha if there isn't :-)

I thought Vasya was for Vasiliy...Vasha is adorable, though, as are Pasha, Yasha, and Arkasha!

Yes (m) ETA... but as all nicknames they can be used for both. I looked it up and there are quite a few people named Vasha:-), but they seem to be female:-(But, I've found Vali as a nn!In Croatia these nicknames are also used:
Lero, Vajo, Vajkan, Vale, Valo, Valek, Valeta, Valko (+ full names Valerije and Valerij)
