That's the typical Celtic name I really dislike, impossible to spell and pronounce correctly.

I don't like that either. Most languages have one or two eccentricities that I can learn to work around and even rationalize on some level. Ex: how J is pronounced like an H in Spanish and sort of like a Y in German. No matter how many Irish names I look at, I still don't have any clue what the letters are doing. At time it seems like they just randomly insert Hs that don't do anything.
The names also seem at times to be a lot longer than they need to be. Why does it take eleven letters to get a two syllable name?

It was one of my favorite names when I was in 8th-9th grade because I was just starting to discover Irish names, and there are few names that look more Irish than that!I still think it's nice, but it's not a favorite. It seems very fresh. I pronounce it KEE-lin.I like it in the combo Claire Caoilfhionn, but here are some other ideas:Caoilfhionn Abigail
Caoilfhionn Agnes
Caoilfhionn Fiona
Caoilfhionn Frances
Caoilfhionn Grainne
Caoilfhionn Jane
Caoilfhionn Margaret
Caoilfhionn Rosemary
Caoilfhionn Saraid
Caoilfhionn Sinead
Caoilfhionn Susannah
Caoilfhionn Violet
