It was one of my favorite names when I was in 8th-9th grade because I was just starting to discover Irish names, and there are few names that look more Irish than that!
I still think it's nice, but it's not a favorite. It seems very fresh. I pronounce it KEE-lin.
I like it in the combo Claire Caoilfhionn, but here are some other ideas:
Caoilfhionn Abigail
Caoilfhionn Agnes
Caoilfhionn Fiona
Caoilfhionn Frances
Caoilfhionn Grainne
Caoilfhionn Jane
Caoilfhionn Margaret
