[Facts] pronounciation on two names

There are two babies here who are named Alicanne. One answers to Alice-anne, the other to Alex-anne. Opinions, facts, history? Both are F and white.
Also, I've heard Eteinne, pronounced EE-teen and Eh-tE-en. Which one is right?
