Mladen is pronounced.... Mlah-den (Im very bad at explaining pronounciation sorry).

Ivana is right... it's MLAH-den, just like how it looks, but I get worried about similarities to other names sometimes, like the time I wondered if Jaromir was too close to Jerome.
