I really prefer it as "liv" (lihv) because it's more familiar to me that way thanks to Liv Tyler. I also tend to look at Liv as a nn, especially for Olivia, Livia, and Lavinia. The liv pronunciation is more intuitive because of this.

LEEV is not attractive to me. It's a little forlorn, actually. I know I'd rather have a name that sounds like "live" than like "leave." The latter sounds sort of negative and sad.
