Pros for Georgia:
- Everyone's heard of it, but it isn't common
- Shouldn't have pronunciation or spelling problems
- It's pretty.
Cons for Georgia:
- It is a US state, and also a country.
Pros for Isla:
- It isn't common
- It's pretty.
Cons for Isla
- It will probably pose some pronunciation and spelling problems.
You may want to think about possible nicknames, as well. Georgia has the potential for some (Gigi, Georgie) while Isla really doesn't. Both are beautiful names.
