On American Idol last night there was some weird lady field reporting in the town where Kris was from, and her name was spelled Mikalah or something like that. And she said her name and pronounced it like Michaela. How the heck is Mikalah pronounced like Michaela? That might be the worst spelling I've ever seen of it.
