What would be some good nn's for Helena. If I ever used Helena I like the name as is with no nn's. But my family has a habbit of shortening names. So if they do decide to call her by a nn I would want it to be a nice one.

So can you think of any good nn's for Helena? Thanks!

Nell is my favorite by far. It just has a certain sweetness to it that I like. If I ever had a daughter named Helena, Eleanor or something similar, I'd use Nell as a nn.

Around here we pronounce it hə-LEE-nə, so the obvious nn for me is Lena (LEE-nə). But Nell is also gorgeous :)
