I really love Isadore and Isadora. While the I spellings are fine, too, Isadore is a lot more natural for me to type, heh.

I think that Isadore would get Izzy a lot, but Isadora could also be Dora or Dory, which would avoid the Izzy issue. Isidore and Isidora could also conceivably be called Sid or Siddie.
