Before I answer, how are you pronouncing it? I say GRAY-um, and find the GRAM prn a bit odd.
1. I really don't know if I like it. It's kind of an old-man name to me, and it's a common surname where I'm from as well. It's not really my cup of tea, but I don't dislike it either. Haha sorry that wasn't very helpful was it!
2. Graham and Henry. No wait Graham Henry is the All Blacks coach lol.

It's my grandfather's name. I haven't seen it only anyone under the age of 60 in a long time so I suppose it would be quite unexpected.

Graham is one of those names I don't know if I love or hate. I really like it because I see it as a masculine, almost regal name. I always imagine a Graham as someone smart and sophisticated but without being boring or snobbish. On the other hand I don't like the associations with graham crackers etc and I don't really like the look or sound of it.
Garham works both as a first and middle name in my opinion. I really like the combo Graham Thomas which also happens to be the name of a certain rose.

1) I think it's very handsome! I'd use it, but DH has crossed it off the list. I'd use it as a first name, but it would of course make a fine middle name too.
2) Some names I think have a similar feel are: Alasdair, Bryn, Ciaran, Daire, Diarmaid, Eamonn, Edward, Fionn, Francis, Gregory, Hamish, Harrison, Henry, Ian, Jack, James, Mackenzie, Morgan, Oliver, Owen, Patrick, Rory, Theodore, Thomas, and William. Girls are a little harder... maybe Allison, Bridget, Effie, Fiona, Honora, Margaret, Maureen, Molly, Nina, Nora, and Virginia.
