Message: "Amaranta" - Behind the Name

WDYT? Is it usable or OTT? I like the fact it's used in one of my favourite novels, Gabriel Garcia Marquez's 100 Years of Solitude, and its meaning refers to my favourite colour (I might even consider if I ever decide to change my username, so as to keep the "purple" meaning).

Amaranta is pretty. It is a bit of a GP for me. I also love Amarantha.
