İlkay is pronounced as EEL-kie. That's the only one I know about.

I've known two Chandras (although neither were Indian), and they both pronounced it CHAN-dra.

In Chandra, "ch" is pronounced like "ch" in chair and "d" like "the" and the sound would be like "tundra." It is an Indian name meaning moon.

I always heard it as SHAHN-druh, and I like it better that way, even if it may not be legit.
