I love Ciel, but I've never heard of Iseul...is it related to Iseult?

No obviously if I looked it up, I'd see it wasn't related. Ok, I really like Iseul now that I read about it, together though Ciel and Iseul sound a little to flighty for me, like it needs something to ground a bit.
