Looks like a misspelling of Alicia to me, but it's better and makes more sense than using Elisha (a male name) and pronouncing it wrongly.

The particular spelling looks a tad odd to me. I prefer the Alicia spelling.

Don't like it. Elisha or Elicia would be better IMO. Elliesha just looks frilly and awkward to me. Elisha could still have the nn Ellie though.
