It reminds me of the little girl from Azumanga Daioh with the removeable ponytails. To me, it has a cute tone to it. Although because it is strongly Japanese (and I am not Japanese) I would feel akward using it on a person. Maybe for a character though.

It's good... although I like Sayuri better.

Chiyo is kind of nice... Chiyomi's even nicer... feels more complete.

I'm not really a fan of Japanese names but Chiyo is alright. Sayuri is better. :)

Sounds really neat - unique and fun. I'd have to say it sounds more like a puppy name than a person though.

Ah, I thought it would be male. It's sweet but I think it sounds more masculine, though it's nice on a girl as well. I don't really like Sayuri, the -yuri part annoys me and reminds me of a horse (?).
