I kind of like it, but it makes me think of an arcade. Same with Arcadia, which is too bad because it's a pretty name.

I like Arcadia, but Arcadian is a tad out there for me.

I like Arcadius, Arkadios, and other related names, but Arcadian strikes me as more of a surname.

Prefer Arkady. Arcadian sounds either over-the-top pretentiously poetic, or like his parents conceived him in a videogame arcade. :)

I would like it if the word arcade didn't exist.

Not a big fan, I actually perform in a theater company named Arcadians so thats all I can think of.

It's a bit too fancy for my taste.

I've never heard it before, but I like it!

Much prefer the unrelated (probably) Arcadia (for a girl).
