Help[Opinions] Pryor
I find it odd that this name isn't in this database (actually, not so much, this is a fairly common occurrence). What are your opinions of this name? It is derived from Latin and means "monastic leader."
Personally, I'd give it an 8 or a 9. In my lineage, my ancestor (c. 1700) Basil has a son listed in the records as "Peter or Pryor(?)."
