I'm putting these in a topic to get details.
WDYTO them? Which one do you like the most and why?
I know my question sounds a little interview-ish, but WDYT?

That is my exact order.
Just to let everyone know, here are my opinions on the names:
Julia- Timeless classic, simple and sweet, and elaborate enough. You can also choose if you want a nickname. I chose not to.
Juliana- Very pretty, but I think the -ana is a bit unnecessary.
Juliet- Very pretty, but there's associations that everyone knows about.
Juliette- To frilly, and why not Juliet?
Just to let everyone know, here are my opinions on the names:
Julia- Timeless classic, simple and sweet, and elaborate enough. You can also choose if you want a nickname. I chose not to.
Juliana- Very pretty, but I think the -ana is a bit unnecessary.
Juliet- Very pretty, but there's associations that everyone knows about.
Juliette- To frilly, and why not Juliet?

Julia for me.
Juliana is too elaborate for me. I don't tend to be drawn to -ana or -iana endings if there is an option to go without (Lillian vs Liliana, etc).
Juliet and Juliette might appeal to me more if they didn't come with the Romeo and Juliet burden. Not to say they're inseparable from the play or the characters or whatever, but because the association is so strong and so well known it gives Juliet a sort of forced romanticism. Even if that isn't the intention, that's still how it looks to me. It's unfortunate because I think they're otherwise quite pretty. But they still sound forced.
I like Julia. It's more pared down than the others and I think the lack of frill makes it quite elegant. With the flood of dressed up and frilly names that it sometimes feels like we're in, Julia strikes me as being the more sophisticated and timeless choice.

Juliette, I think. If not that, then Juliet. Sometimes I'm not sure which spelling I prefer. I tend to put the emphasis on the first syllable in Juliet and the last syllable in Juliette, so that's why I think I like that spelling better.
Of course at the moment I'm in a less frilly mood, so Juliet looks better to me. Who knows.

Juliet sounds the nicest of the three separate names. It has that lovely mix of hard and soft that I tend to really like in female names. The spelling Juliette seems a bit pointless to me. You get the same sound and a less cluttered look with Juliet.
Juliana is to 'princessy' sounding, if that makes sense. Honestly it's okay, just not my style at all.
Julia is pretty and understated, I just prefer the sound of Juliet to this.

1: Juliet, pronounced JU-lee-it. Very lovely; I'd use it as a mn.
2: Julia. Wonderful tradition, but I wouldn't use it.
3: Juliana. Very stodgy Dutch royalty, and always cut down to the boring Julie. No.

I usually go for the names with -a endings, but in this case I love Juliette. It is my favorite of those names because I love the French pronunciation. I like all of them though.

Julia - I don't like it, it reminds me of a bad maths teacher (LOL) and the Spanish word for "July", "julio" (I don't like the use of everyday words as names)
Juliet - It's OK, reminds me of Romeo and Juliet, maybe too sweet for my taste
Juliette - OK, I prefer Juliet
Juliana - It's one of my faves, though I prefer the spelling Julianna... reminds me of Julianna Margulies

Well, I'll go by elimination:
I don't like Juliette at all. Frilly, girly, flouncy, and ugh.
The rest are a closer tie. Juliet is maybe too reminiscent of the caracter, which leaves Julia and Juliana. Of these I pick Juliana, for no reason other than it's the one that stands out as "Hey! Pick me! I should be your favorite!" ...wow, I'm tired. Anyway, I vote Juliana :)

I really think they are really beautiful, but Julia is my favorite. It just gives me a different feeling then the rest of them, a bit more reserved and elegant.

I like Julia and Juliana the best. They're both very pretty names. Juliet and Juliette are nice as well, but I prefer the other two. Julia is beautiful, yet at the same time, it's a "no frills" sort of name that works well for many people. If I had to choose, I would pick Juliana because there's already a Julia in my family, and Juliana is less common.
