Its pronounced (pSHEH-MIS-we) or [ˈpʂɛmɨɕl]in IPA. Though I have heard it pronounced with the last L silented. The Rz proceeded by a P in Polish makes a very strong SH sound, place the tip of your tongue on the ridge of your mouth and make the SH sound. The P is pronounced proceeded by the RZ so its pSHEH.
