I think they are a pretty bad set of brothers. Aside from sounding very similar, I get very different vibes from them - Dean very urban and Shane very country although I suppose I could see Dean being sort of country-ish.

I think if you replaced either one of them with Thomas nn Tom, it would work better. or William.

Dean and Shane go pretty well. If I could replace one, it would be Shane, and I would replace it with Elliott. (Even though I don't really like the name Elliott at all, it goes well with Dean)
