Fill-in-the-blank Family

I thought this might be a fun alternative to a traditional CAF.

Each name is either missing a first name, middle name, nickname or some combination of these. Fill them in however you wish.

Note, for nicknames, you may create them from the first, middle, or some combination of the two. For instance, if a child was named Elizabeth Madelyn you could nick name her something like Liza or Lyn or something a little wild like Bethlyn (eww, but you get the picture) or she could go Madelyn. It just has to be something other than the full first name and it must make sense.
