I love Anna. It is too simular to Elaina for my taste or else I would use it.
I always liked Anna Elizabeth and Anna Rosalie.

I like it, although I'm not sure I'd use it myself. I like Anna Cecily and Anna Charlotte best from your combos, and Anna Katharina is a family name - I have a lot of German ancestors with Anna as a first name.

I would have rather named her Anna Elizabeth, but DH liked Lynn better. I also like Anna Grace or Anna Lorelei

I find Anna and all the variants (Anne, Anabel, etc) to be rather plain. It is a name with a lot of history, and there will (hopefully) never be a time when an Anna becomes common among males.

I far prefer Anne to Anna, though Anna is better than Hannah. I did give my daughter Anne as a mn; I would not have used Anna.

I found several of your suggestions unharmonious because either both end in -a or they include -an-. Examples: Anna Runa etc. and Anna Morgana etc. Anna Cecily is about the best of the rest to my ears.

I like Anna, and I like it with some of the less traditional pairings you have.

I would name my daughter Anna. It's not in DH and my top 3, but maybe top 5. We just like it, and then also it's a family name variant. DH's mom is Anita and sister is Meredith Anne after her. My sister is Grace, which I think Anna could be construed to honor.

If I had to name my daughter Anna, I'd use a family middle name. Some options would be:
Anna Margaret
Anna Helen
Anna Ruth
Anna (family surname)
Anna Naomi (though we probably wouldn't use this because Ross has a cousin named Anna Naomi).
