Charlotte Juliet sounds rhymey in a Dr Seuss kind of way. And I really dislike the harlot in Charlotte ... I've known a few Juliets and none of them has ever mentioned Romeo, so that should be OK. Lottie would work well for me as a nn if you love Charlotte.
Helen Juliet would also give you the nn Nell, and looks more finished. Also Penelope or Ellen or Eleanor ...
