I love
Antonina. It's a little more clunky than
Antonia, which I think is just so pretty, but that's almost what makes it more enjoyable for me. That little bit of awkward is a nice touch.
Giannina's not bad, though. It's unexpected but still very familiar. I'm kind of pleased to see a name that branches out further than
Giada and
Gianna, which I'm finding very tiresome in the context of English-speaking namers.
I used to know a Vanina, which I think is pretty. She shared the name with her mother, who was from
Peru.
I could see it as a nickname for
Nerina,
Norina, or
Nicolina as well.
