I had an argument with my boyfriend over how to say the name Darien. He says it DAR(like car) en
and i say it Dair(like air) en

How do you pronounce it?

I believe the "i" makes it three syllables- I would say DAIR-ee-en. I think Daren would be DAIR-en and Darren would be DAR-en.
