I like it. I don't think she would be teased because her middle name is Gray/Grey, though. Isla Gray sounds so sophisticated to me :) Plus, it's honoring; bonus for me!

Not sure if I would give a baby the middle name "Gray", because they might get teased, but if you want to use part of your mother's maiden name, maybe you could do Graycie? You can spell it however you want though. (i.e.: Gracie, Gracey, or maybe Grayce or Grace)
