I heard this name at work today, and was wondering about it. It's not in th database, but has anyone else heard of it? WDYT?

Just as a place name! But I Googled it and got this, which sounds entirely plausible:

The only thing I can think of is Hisham. Hisham Badir is a character in Anywhere But Here. When they pronounced it, the H was barely audible.
