It's on my short list :)

It's strong and handsome and I would love to meet someone named Ramsey. Ram would be a great nickname.

We have a big lake, Lake Ramsey, in our city, so I could never personally get past thinking of that. Not that it's a bad association or anything...

If it's honoring, then I think it's alright. I'd prefer to see it as a mn just because I'm not really a fan of surnames as fns. If it's not honoring, then I think surnames as fns just come off as pretentious.

I quite like it but I'm partial because it would be honoring for me. I like it better as a MN option, though.

Off the top of my head: Benjamin Ramsey, Lawrence Ramsey and Solomon Ramsey.
