It sounds very feminine to me, so to hear a combo like Galen Patrick throws me for a loop. Maybe for a girl it wouldn't sound so strange, but for a boy? Nah. I'm just not feeling it.
Also, he would be teased for the obvious reason. I'm not saying it's right, and I know most kids get teased for something, but I'm just saying with a name like this, it would be inevitable. The world kind of sucks that way, but there are jerks everywhere.
