I pronounce the name, which I adore, "yoo-LAY-lee."

I think that pronunciation is fairly intuitive -- however, people always find ways to butcher names...

Actually the correct pronunciation would be [you-lah-LEE]. The 'lay-lee' pronunciation would be the "butchered" one.
