It reminds me of the French pronunciation of Cybele ("see-BEL" or "sih-BEL"). Marie-Cybele always sounds like Marie, si belle (Marie, so pretty)!
Sibel is too close to Sibyl and Isabel. I'm not that flexible. Sorry.
