You may choose surnames if you wish.

DH (68): first name and middle name must start with same letter
DW (70): first name must be a feminine variant of a masculine name (i.e. Charlotte, Michaela, etc.), middle name must be a surname

DD1 (46): first name must be a feminine variant of a masculine name (i.e. Charlotte, Michaela, etc.) but does not have to be same as mother’s, middle name must end in ‘a’
DS1 (44): first name must start with a J, middle name must be the same as father’s first name or middle name
DD2 (40): must have a double first name (hyphenated or not), middle name is your choice (does not have to have one)
