I pronounce it like Mary and Elle said quickly together. It's not a name I'm jumping for joy over but I'd rather meet a little Marielle than another little Madison. If you dislike popular names I'd be wary, though. Isabelle, Annabelle, Elle, Ella, ect are very trendy and other "-elle" names are sure to follow.
