I know it is made-up but it actually is usable in spots but not as usable as extremely unpopular names such as Gladys or Ruth for that matter.

Ruth seems to be gaining a bit more popularity the past few years depending where one lives actually. I do think it's often used as a mn and therefore not seen as much.
