[Opinions] Cinderella???
I didn't realize that it was on here. Could it potentially be used?

Excellent kitten name. Not human, though.
It defantly couldn´t be used where I live because everyone know´s the story of cinderella but I think in other places it probly could but I personaly wouldn´t use it.
Samurai would commit seppuku (Japanese ritual suicide) than want to hear someone call their daughter Cinderella. I would call it unusable for all eternity.
I dunno... you're talking about a culture that at one time called kids "devil" and stuff like that... Cinderella's rather pleasant in comparison. (but still not my choice)
I met a little Cinderella...
..she was in a Homecoming pageant with my daughter. I think it's horrid, just considering the fact that the name was meant to belittle the girl on whom it was placed. Not my thing...at all.

Gurl, you crazy? ;)
Potentially yes. Should it be? No.
Cinderella could be used with a brave child and a nice nickname (not Ella.)
It's probably on here because of the strong literary association.

I've seen this on a lot of (old) birth records for Romani. Unfortunatly the site that kept these records is no longer working or I'd link to it. So I would use Cinderella only in a period Romani story.
Could be? Yes. Should be? That's up to you to decide, though I don't know that I'd wish to choose a name that means "little ashes".
I think people would think you were joking if you said your child's name is Cinderella. But, it's a well known name in literature, which is probably why it's here.
NFL player Carl Eller has a daughter named Cinder Eller.
I actually like the French Version: Cendrillon, but I would never name a kid that.
