I don't think she dislikes Lily at all but it is her second daughter's middle name, so I kinda understand that the third one shouldn't go by Lily...

I prefer Lisbeth. The 'Lily problem' with Lilibeth aside, I just think Lisbeth is the more classic and grounded possibility.
