Do you pronounce Isabel and Isabelle the same?

I say them the same, but I read them differently. The bel in Isabel is shorter, and the belle in Isabelle is a little more like it would be in French.

Isabelle: ee-zah-BEL only (French)

Personally, I do BUT:Isabel looks more like it would be prn EE-sabelle and Isabelle looks more like IZabelle. I would probably ask someone about the pronunciation of thier name if it was spelled Isabel because they may prounounce it in english or spanish....
