Apparently Jumana is an Arabic name. I'm a middle eastern mongrel on my mother's side, and haven't come across the name Jumana personally but guess it must exist. Personally, I hate it. I just... really don't how it looks written down in the Roman alphabet, and it is so coarse and childish to me, and...eugh. Not a fan. Although the thought of it on a real person makes me wince, I guess it's okay-ish on a fictional character if you love it that much, but I personally dislike it and would never use it, ever.

Any variant of Margaret wil do that for you. You know, Marguerite, Marsaili, Marjorie, Mairead, Mererid, etc. If you click Margaret you can then click on "related names" and get a much better list than this.
Also, Chau ("chow," rhymes with how now brown cow) means pearl in Vietnamese. I know a woman named Chau.
