First syllable like cereal, schwa in the second syllable ... cer'l

I like it. It's a little too unfamiliar to me to actually use it, but I think it's a good name.

Good way of explaining it... I resorted to sending a link to "The Raccoons" on youtube since they have the character Cyril Sneer.
