[Facts] Would "Kristine" work in Switzerland?

BtN lists
Kristine
as Norwegian and Danish but not
German
(though
Kristin
is a
German
name). Would
Kristine
be a plausible name for a Swiss-German woman? Would it be pronounced kris-TEEN-ah (following the Danish pattern) or kris-TEEN?
